Lance Penn - Principle Podiatrist

Lance Penn has over 12 years experience in private practice. He grew up and qualified in Johannesburg, South Africa and ran a busy private practice before moving to Australia in 2001. He started the City Practice in early 2002 and built it in to  a well respected sports clinic. In 2006 Brent joined Lance and between them they manage both City and Mosman Clinics.

Lance married in 2003 and has two young children.  Lance is passionate about life and infuses this into the relationships and commitment he has with his patients. Lance enjoys running although in the last year has been out of action with a few injures.  Lance is aiming to compete in the 2010 Gold Coast marathon.

Brent Goddard - Principle Podiatrist

Brent trained in New Zealand finishing his degree in 1997. He worked in Dunedin running the podiatry department of Otago Sports Medicine.   Moving to UK in 2001 where he worked for the National Health Services for 3 years. Brent arrived in Australia in 2004.

Brent married in 2007 and has one child and is expecting another arrival in the new year. Brent is a runner and regularly competes in Sydney running events. This years highlights are coming 3rd in the Balmoral Burn and running a 86min half marathon.  Brent has a keen interest in running shoes and sports podiatry and enjoys working with sports people.

Emily Smith - Podiatrist

Emily grew up in Tamworth, NSW before moving to Sydney to obtain a Bachelor of Applied Science in Podiatry. She carries a broad range of podiatric experience, and enjoys all areas of Podiatry, with her focus on ingrown toe nails, sports injuries and footwear.

Emily is also a keen sports person. She has been playing hockey at a high level for many years, her highest achievement representing NSW in 2002, and was in the NSW squad in 2003 - 2004. She continues to enjoy club hockey, playing in the Sydney women's 1st grade competition for Glebe Hockey Club. Emily also enjoys social oz tag/touch football and tennis.

Lauren Earl - Podiatrist

Lauren is from Auckland, New Zealand and gained her Bachelor of Health Sciences in Podiatry at Auckland University of Technology. She moved to Australia at the end of 2007 and came to Sydney at the start of this year.

Lauren enjoys a range of sports, at the moment she’s been hit with the running bug, and thus running all over the show. This year she’s entered lots of the major events- The Sydney Running Festival, Mini Mos, Gold Coast Half Marathon and the Sydney Morning Half Marathon. She has also been involved in hockey, and dancing.  

Lauren enjoys dealing with people, and is keen on all aspects of podiatry but has a special interest in sports injuries relating to the feet.
